Dr. Yusuf ÖCALMIŞ

Founder / CPA (Certified Public Accountant) & Independent Auditor

Following his graduation from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration (specializing in Accounting-Finance), he completed his master's degree in Accounting and Auditing at Işık University. Continuing his academic career at Istanbul Okan University Graduate School of Social Sciences, he earned his Ph.D. degree (Dr.) in Accounting and Auditing.

Throughout his professional career, he has undertaken senior executive responsibilities as a Senior Auditor, Accounting Manager, and Internal Auditor in Turkey's leading chartered accountant (YMM) and independent audit companies, as well as in multinational pharmaceutical and retail giants. Most recently, he served as the Financial Affairs and Investor Relations Group Director (CFO) within Denge Investment Holding Inc., which is publicly traded on Borsa Istanbul. In this role, he directed financial strategies, consolidated financial statements, and Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcement processes.

Holding Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License and Corporate Governance Rating License, Dr. Yusuf Öcalmış offers global-standard services to businesses in TAS/IFRS reporting, tax advisory, financial analysis, and strategic management consultancy under the banner of KALYUS, which he founded.
